Every 4th Sunday we have my parents over for dinner. Last night's dinner was especially good.
Awhile ago my Aunt Margo gave us a cookbook that she loves, so last night we decided to make a couple recipes out of it. A marinated London Broil and Butter-Maple Roasted Carrots.
We also had broccoli, Rhodes Rolls, and my favorite scalloped potatoes.
