We had a fun 4th of July this year at my parent's house.  They got out the water toys, which are always a hit with the kids.

We also celebrated Dad's 72nd birthday.  We are so grateful for him and all he does for us.  He loves to spend time with our children and they just adore him.  David loves to sit and "talk" and laugh with my Dad.  Andie loves to play outside, ride on the mule, go see the horses, feed the chickens and the parrots, go get the mail, play pretend in the playroom... the list could go on... with her Papa.  It is so cute to see how both Andie and David light up when my Dad walks in.

Andie has a friend named Katelyn, whom she loves.  When Katelyn comes over they love to play Just Dance 2 on the Wii.  It mainly consists of running around in circles, but they actually end up getting some pretty good scores!

I turned 30 this year!  Brian made it a nice birthday by taking me out to dinner and to Hale Theatre.  I can't believe I am so OLD, but at the same time it feels good to be in this stage of life.  This is my birthday breakfast he made me.  He is pretty creative with the "food decorating"!

We also blessed David in June.  It was a special day and Brian was very inspired during his blessing.  I felt the Spirit very strongly when he talked about David serving a mission.  I am grateful for the power of the Priesthood and how it blesses our lives.  Here are some pictures from that day.  I am sad we never got a picture of my family from that day.  I should have coordinated that better!
